Commanders Launch- An Oolite-Elite inspired track

Post by pagroove »

[Shameless plug alert]

Made this track a while ago.

It is meant to be part of a larger 'hyperradio' project and the track is inspired on Oolite/ Elite and is called: Commanders Launch.
Would be nice if you pay me a visit on Soundcloud and let me know what you think.

It really captures the sense of wonder and discovery Elite/Oolite gives me when I launch. Good job!

Quite enjoyed that.. looking forward to the Hyperradio pack.
Most games have some sort of paddling-pool-and-water-wings beginning to ease you in: Oolite takes the rather more Darwinian approach of heaving you straight into the ocean, often with a brick or two in your pockets for luck. ~ Disembodied

The Hyperradio album now contains 5 tracks a.t.m. Try to bring it up to 10.

I've just finished listening to ep12 of the 'Lave Radio' podcast - really awesome to hear your track as the outro music, such a great tune :D

Thanks Griff, I was quite surprised (in a pleasant way) as they've told me that they wanted to use a piece for one of the following episodes. I didn't expect to be the used in the Lavecon ep. :D

BTW. Did you see I've used your ships in an artwork on ED forum?
Sorry that I grabbed them. Hope is is fine as it is.
