Just so you're aware, maaarcooose, the problem you were having with the plumes moving back at speed has now been fixed in trunk.

(Looks around for a virgin to sacrifice to Lord Giles, in hope of somebody starting work on Thunderbird 2)

I can see the perennial Oolite scale thing rearing its ugly head again here :(
The Death Glider, at 28m long, is only just over half as long as an Adder (45m), and indeed is even smaller than an Orbital Shuttle (35m). In fact it would probably be more like a 1TC cargo canister in size 8)

It also has two foreward weapon mounts. One could make a death glider variation about the size of a cobra mk 1 and has a core and a aft laser mount.

It certainly is a cool design, so a bit bigger would make sense, and I'm sure an Oolite laser is easily worth two Goa'uld lasers :)
