Stargate OXP?

Stargate OXP?
Is there someone who might want to make a OXP to add playable ships from Stargate? I am thinking the Goa'uld Death Glider and Cargo Ship. Because that would be awesome.

I thought I had some sort of Stargate oxp installed when I saw a Cobra Courier the first time! It's very similar to the Death Glider or the Tau'ri F302. Tweaking values and retexturing might do the trick... Needs two front lasers if I recall correctly. [ot]Does the Death Glider have a Goa'uld name, by the way?[/ot]

Most of our more prolific ship-creators seem to be taking a break lately.. you might manage to wake them up by posting your request to the Ship-Wishlist thread..
Most games have some sort of paddling-pool-and-water-wings beginning to ease you in: Oolite takes the rather more Darwinian approach of heaving you straight into the ocean, often with a brick or two in your pockets for luck. ~ Disembodied

And yes, they probably have a goa'uld name, but I don't know it. I believe the cargo ships are called tel'tak, though.

Thanks! Apperently it is just "Death Glider." The wiki did remind me of something, though. Death gliders don't have a hyperdrive/witch space engine. This would have to be ignored for an oxp.Fatleaf wrote:You could always try a quick Wiki search
