Hello all, I modified this OXP with improved/additional imagery, I have tried contacting Captain Murphy but no reply and he hasn't been about by the looks of it.
Should I offer this out or continue to wait for a reply?

EDIT: Whilst waiting for opinion on this, I should add that I was wondering if it was acceptable to release it as a modified version of my own, all credits to Captain Murphy..?

It will depend entirely on how the OXP is licensed, and what that license allows or forbids.
