The book is available as a handsome paperback or as an equally handsome e-book. (The e-book is 'equally handsome' in that lots of work went into making the electronic version as good as it could be. Note, though, that contra what is says on Amazon webpages, the e-book does not have 'real page numbers'; for some unfathomable reason Amazon refuses to correct that misdescription. )
