Looks great fun.

I've just downloaded the OXP, but I blow up when I try to dock.

I have the 1.65 (beta) for PC and the collison detection in this version is a know bug, as you somtimes blow up when near a station.

Don't know if this is a problem with the OXP or game code.

Litlebear, i think you're docking at the wrong end, fly round the other side and dock into the docking slot

Was trying the right end!

Have now managed to dock. I think it is just that i'm in an Imperial Courier (updated version), which is so huge it only just fits in the port!

Docked no problem, the reason why i said try the other end, was cos i flew into the engine on the first go!!!! DoH!!!! Its very good

I would say it must be your size ( Oh vicar!! ) as in my ickle Cobra mk3 didnt have a problem.. call me old fashioned in my choice of ship lol

There gonna need a bigger slot to attract the more well-healed customer!

Had a go at the ship with my lasers and it fought back big time. Did destroy it but only after it had taken up my shields and half my equipment!

what bitter reaction!

the dock is standard size so it shouldn't be impossible to dock manually. if it's too hard (and you have a docking computer) try ID target locking on it and do a directed autodock..

I have tried docking by buying much smaller ships and I still blow up most of the time without making contact with the Coachwhip, so I think it probabley is a bug in the game code in 1.65.

I've seen this problem discussed on the boards and there are problems docking with the Behomoth or blowing up when passing close to a Leviathan and people have reported blowing up near stations for no apparent reason.

Great OXP, but I have only managed to dock once when alinged pixel perfect with the port. Is anybody else having this problem using the new 1.65 version, as I think (by previous comments about port size aside) that it is a game code problem rather than an OXP problem.

As Murgh says... "try auto docking" otherwise, fly in front in the same direction line up in the rear view & let the coachwhip catch you up & swallow you!

But, yes but, the crystal thingy is always appearing on the left for me. Obviously I broke the bank and am now reporting this
