I'd like to wish everyone a very happy new year.

Looking to the new year let's hope Elite Dangerous becomes reality, many new OXPs are developed and above all this great online community continues to grow and provide all the help, entertainment and wonderful sense of community that I have come to love during my first membership.

Thanks to all and have a great year.

You're a bit late to the party though.. it's been 2013 for over 18 hours, here in Eastern Australia.. :P
Most games have some sort of paddling-pool-and-water-wings beginning to ease you in: Oolite takes the rather more Darwinian approach of heaving you straight into the ocean, often with a brick or two in your pockets for luck. ~ Disembodied

Clever - I'm usually good at noticing little details like that with numbers, but I hadn't snapped to that one :).
