No when I followed the link Gimi posted the 5GB limit still appears to apply.
There is an option to increase the storage capacity to 25GB or 50GB on the personal accounts but this is not a free upgrade.

See here, as I think the free upgrade offer still applies 'til 31st December. All you need is someone to facilitate the upgrade for you.
