Cabal_Common_Library is missing

Hallo,
When I ran Oolite I got the message from BGS to read my log so I did and in that it says the text shown in the subject box my question is simple where can I download that library and where do I install it to let BGS M run????

It's an OXP so it should be installed in the AddOns directory. Get it from the Wiki, here.

Wow this really is super I do like this package very much BGS rocks! Thank you for writing this really good Expansion pack it adds all kinds of good things to the game everyone should run this super!!!! :D
