I agree. Particularly useful for port and starboard views and surprise attacks on flanking pirates.Smivs wrote:Nothing wrong with yaw! It's not something I use often, but it can be useful, and it's nice to have it available.

I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

That would be a surprise. What?! One of the devs gave NPC's side lasers? Crikey!El Viejo wrote:<imagines a flanking pirate unexpectedly pulling that manoeuvre on Solo - grins>CaptSolo wrote:Particularly useful for port and starboard views and surprise attacks on flanking pirates.

It's great that the mighty Braben has personally congratulated Drew for achieving hius kickstarter and helping E:D get to halfway!

I must say that I was very happy with that DevDiary since it pretty much confirmed one of my 9 wishes for the game: living world.
Also, it is great to see David Braben chuckling aloud to some of the things that he describes. Really shows that he's enjoying making this game and it is not just something that "his past has forced upon him" if you know what I mean.

109 minutes left and in need of a bit over £150 to make the cut. I pledged £3 just to do my bit to get Elite another £4500 pledge.

Well after that little mad hour I've decided to put a little aside each week because by hook or by crook I will upgrade my pledge to E:D to £300
