A recent milestone for Oolite

Post by Diziet Sma »

Out of curiosity, I counted the OXPs in the main Wiki list. Including WIPs, there are 502 OXP's listed.

Just WOW.

There are also another 11 with known problems.

Edit: as a grammar nazi myself, I should know better..

Most games have some sort of paddling-pool-and-water-wings beginning to ease you in: Oolite takes the rather more Darwinian approach of heaving you straight into the ocean, often with a brick or two in your pockets for luck. ~ Disembodied

Grammar nazi alert. WIPs and OXPs should be written as shown here - no apostrophe.

This has been a public service announcement.

On topic, WOW, that's a GREAT achievement. Tribute to a great and committed community.

:-)

Well done, everyone.

It is an amazing achievement - very impressive. As Selezen said, it is a tribute to the great Ooliting community :D

And most of the OXP makers generally only release almost or fully completed OXPs, so they probably have a few more in the works. I know I do.

Umm...
Take an idea from one person and twist or modify it in a different way as a return suggestion so another person can see a part of it that can apply to the oxp they are working on.

Public Service Broadcasting, anyone? (This is meant to be a plug for the band of that name - a UK band that I would recommend. .).
