oh my word! That new jump sequence effect is absolutely amazing!
edit: Do you think with the new visual effects stuff it might be possible to place some sort of temporary 'frontier-ish' witchspace exit cloud behind the player ship when they arrive in the new system?

I'd be happy with a bluish globe (a proper 3-dimensional globe) with sparkly bits/lightning strikes all over it.

I love it when you mis-jump into interstellar space and the Thargoids are already shooting at you before you have exited witchspace. Makes it more believable that the Thargoids are waiting for you within witchspace.

In a couple of my crazy tests, I've started a jump with nothing around, had Thargoids attack my ship during the wormhole break pattern animation sequence, then emerged from witchspace at a regular system with no Thargoids in-system.Tricky wrote:I love it when you mis-jump into interstellar space and the Thargoids are already shooting at you before you have exited witchspace.
