Where's my space station

Post by -Joe »

After I had docked at a station I was asked if I would like to by an outpost for 750000Cr + 250000Cr tax. I have been searching the system yet I can't find my station. Promises of free fuel sounded nice but have I been ripped off for 1000000Cr by some dodgey interstella con artist?

I am now 'Jamerson poor' again!

Did you keep the receipt? :) It sounds like something from an OXP. Can you post a list of the OXPs you have installed?

Lol its from a WIP/concept OXP I wrote called Corporate Trading Outpost OXP. It should be in the system you purchased it from, but you might have to make sure you have installed Galactic Navy OXP, hOoPy Casino OXP, Liners OXP and Your Ad Here! OXP. I abandoned work on it as it was merely a test to see if this kind of concept seemed feasible but many seemed to object to the idea, and without realising it I'd trod on some people's toes as others had similar and more complex ideas on the subject.

If you can't remember which system you purchased it from, open up your savefile in notepad++ (or a similar alternative) and find the following lines:

Code: Select all

	<key>mission_corpstatlocname</key>
	<string>Lave</string>
Where 'Lave' is in my example will be the system you purchased the station in. Look for the beacon marked 'C' if you have the Advanced Space Compass installed. Otherwise, you will have to fly around near the Witchpoint beacon. The only feature in this OXP that doesn't really work, and that shouldn't have been included, is the Nova Bomb. Just ignore it!
