After I completed Xeptatl's Sword mission (I trully recommend this one), I was looking for another one, to begin. Well, I'll try the Assassins mission. That one fits on my rating at the moment (competent, 208 kills). Let's see how far I can get on it.
But if your going through the fifth octant (G5) I would highly recommend Coyote's Run first. That too is a great mission, it has the best restaurant in all the eight!

I have started Assassins already, but I'll download Coyote's Run.
I hate to ask that just in the beggining of the mission, but...

Make sure that you read your mission screens carefully:

What does that tell you about Be Soin's whereabouts relative to the planetary bodies of the system?
For all Assassins missions you'll get clues in the same way on the mission screen. It's not enough to only memorize the short description on the F5-screen.
Taking screenshots of mission screens (if there is no review available) is often handy.
This is a good idea. What I usually do is have either office open and type some notes or have a wee note book and write a few notes down. But for big missions to be able to view previous mission screens is a very good idea.
