Another doubt here, if I may, Corny: I noticed you can see the quickest way to a system within the galaxy in the galaxy chart, by the lines... is that in the core of the game or it is an oxp? I did not manage to see it here on my game (using the latest version).

The Advanced Navigational Array is core equipment, and is very useful.
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

Ok, thanks, Viejo. I'll check if I have this equipment.

All right! I did not know how to enable this, and I found it thanks to the link you showed me! Now it worked fine here. Just shft +6 and the Ctrl key worked! Thanks again, Viejo!

@marcusrg: The Oolite Reference Sheet, which comes as part of the game package, contains all the keys used in the game and much, much more information. I suggest you take a few minutes to skim through it. There are probably a lot of other things that you have not discovered yet about the game and are just there, one keypress away.

For what's worth, I would also recommend a read of the Advice For New Commanders. It's really pleasant reading, give it a go and you'll see what I mean.

I have the Oolite reference sheet, which I downloaded from the wiki here printed, and I read it whenever I am in doubt of some feature... in the case of the quickest way to a system, I didn't find any reference of the shft+6... I'll check the Advice for New Commanders. Thanks.

I've noticed on the Wiki that many ships have a set of specifications provided and that the energy is referenced by identifying how many energy banks a ship has rather than specifying the exact amount of energy.

Does anyone know how much energy consists of one energy bank ?
