The SunSkipper is a small escort, fighter. While not as fast as many others of it's size, it has a very decent energy recharge rate, which makes it harder to break through to the hull. As with many of my ships, the SunSkipper is black. I like this color because it is hard to track, and hit a ship you can't see very well, and it also doesn't need a cloak because of it's color. The shape reminded me of rocks I have used to skip across the water in a creek, river, or lake, ao I envissioned it as skipping across a sun as it refueled with it's scoop. While certainly not the most dangerous ship in space, it is tough, and fairly fast. Specs, then link and pics.
Energy Recharge Rate - 3.5
Max Energy - 400
Max Flight Speed - 450
Max Cargo - 2 tons
5 TC does sound more in line with the core ships I've often seen in the escort role like the Mamba, Moray and Cobra Mk1. But I guess looking only at the core ships isn't exactly fair considering how many OXP ships I have added to my own game. Then again, most of my installed OXP ships are large traders and gunships.

After studying the size charts, and shipdata.plists of the Core Ships, I must conclude that you are correct. I have changed the max_cargo to 2 tons. I have the updated link in place. Thanks for the heads up on this, BuggyBy.
