Hello All,
FYI: I posted a piece on my blog about Elite / Oolite. Thanks again to all involved parties for helping me out with OXPs.
Loving Oolite after a long absence from the Elite universe...

Nice write-up! Just a slight mistake: In the original Elite there was no way your could buy a different ship, in your post it sounds like you could.
I also took a look at your pictures, you seem to have a talent for modelling--why not give it a go within Oolite?

Thanks for the correction, maik. Fixed. I guess my memory was playing tricks on me.
Modelling for Oolite? Hm - interesting. I'll think about it.
FYI - if you're looking for good textures, download Bryce 7 (which is what I use). Free software, easy to use and lots of good textures / materials out there. Not sure if it's handy for skinning models though...
Cheers,
