Empty Cargo Pod's

I have for a while now been scooping Cargo Pods and getting no cargo from them. I have managed to get an entity dump from three of them http://www.boxcn.net/s/xahqnu65h5mqhqr1z1u5 http://www.boxcn.net/s/zx1s4lv0412pai8eim9d http://www.boxcn.net/s/yh6gid5z4hkimvqeznp1 They always are drifting at speed and by themselves. Never sitting in a group of them just after destroying a vessel. I use Okti's Long Range Scanner to find them.
