Always makes me smile that "Twocking" Taking without Owner's Consent - i.e. stealing cars - sounds the same as TWOK - the initials for The Wrath of Khan, who basically Twocked a starship...

But Captain Tyrell was fully aware of Khan taking over his ship, albeit with the "assistance" of the ceti eels. So did Khan have the owner's consent?

Alternatively, Tyrell's only the captain, and Starfleet own the ship, so...
