Get it from the Oolite-PC page.
This build allows Windows users to use the target memory. The code will also work for the Linux port.
The target memory uses the '+' and '-' keys. Note to get a '+' on the PC keyboard you must press Shift-=. I was strict about this in case '=' gets used for something in future.
Because this might be a pain I also enabled the numeric keypad '+' and '-' keys. You don't need shift for them.
