I wouldn't mind proofreading, but my English may not be up to the task - for instance, just three words ago I was (were?) in doubt whether to use "for" or "to".
You know those who, having been mugged and stabbed, fired, dog run over, house burned down, wife eloped with best friend, daughters becoming prostitutes and their countries invaded - still say that "all is well"?
I'm obviously not one of them.
Damn, if this is a race I'm falling behind. Just done chapter 3 and have sent my latest notes.

Just I had the joy yesterday of an easyJet flight and a hotel night, so I got a fair bit done (and have the return flight in an hour or so to continue...). Plus I'm away this weekend so wanted to get it done ASAP.

Two out of three proofreaders reported in. Changes incorporated - some good suggestions too! Overall story largely intact (phew!), looks like we'll be good for the 16th!
And the third (presuming it's me you're waiting for, which I think to be the case given the time of your post and the time I hit send in Outlook) should now be in your inbox.
At least I hope it is - my ISP (Talktalk) seems to be having email fun and games at the moment...
