Profile does not quite fit this bb.
Same user-name associated with Pharmacy spam on other bb's
ICQ profile seems legitimate, but it's German and user profile claims to be Canadian.

Did a probe on Qeegeebo, and like you, found nothing incriminating. I did find computer game related profiles on other sites (majorleaguegaming.com and warcraftrealms.com) that suggests that this one is legit. Never having logged on does point in the other direction.

I think the name, rather than being a spambottish collection of letters, is actually a variant spelling of quijibo ...
