Ram a cop, dock, pay the fine - and they'll clean you. Cheaper than escape pod!

or just do some interplanetary jumps, refuelling at the suns, instead of docking at stations (or Hermits) until you're clean again: zero cr.

Or kill of fugitives while cops are watching. Only sometimes this backfires and they get mad at you. It’s weird.

Well, if you shoot at their pet snitch, they will get mad! Or perhaps there's the odd bent copper about.
