Well, I hope he/she is genuine, and if so apologies for tagging you, Uhlersoth.
The fact is we get around ten spammers to every one genuine new member joining this board, and it's one of the most spam-free boards around because we make it that way.
Also, please note that we don't 'shoot on sight' unless the spammer is obvious and clear cut. Often a new member will be tagged to 'Watch' just to be on the safe side. No offence intended, it's just a precaution.
You are certainly welcome here if you are a 'real' member. :)
