Asus Transformer
http://www.expertreviews.co.uk/laptops/ ... ransformer
In my quest for a suitable 40th b'day present to myself (tomorrow in fact) - a friend has thrown a spanner in my sensibly-minded works - he brought his Asus Transformer round with him to my birthday dinner - completely with docking keyboard - and I've fallen in love - damn...
Can't afford it - so it's not going to happen - but whatever I buy now - will forever be seen as 2nd best...

Re: Asus Transformer
I'd still rather have the eee PC over that. I think this 'tablet/slate/pad' malarky is a bit of a flash in the pan personally.
I still want my 'heavy weight' PC apps at hand when I'm working, Windows or Linux with MS Office or Openoffice, thanks!
Android can stay on my phone where it works very nicely.
Cheers,
Drew.

Thanks guys - that's very cool!
40...
I don't know, you go to bed in your 30s and when you wake up you're a whole decade older - and I've got this terrible pain in my diodes, all down one side...

Happy 40th, el cuervo... life begins now!
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills

Take an idea from one person and twist or modify it in a different way as a return suggestion so another person can see a part of it that can apply to the oxp they are working on.
