Oxp Config not activating

I've done a fresh instal of the new 1.75 beta version (forget the exact number but its the most up to date one) and going into options and waiting for the oxp config message then going to system data (F7) does not bring up the oxp config menu as it should do.

I have a lot of oxp's installed (removed the ones that are incompatible with this version and updated those i could find updates for)

Anyone else having this issue?

please start Oolite with Shift key held down until the spinning Cobra appears, then load your savedgame and quit the application. Post the content of the logfile (..\oolite.app\Logs\Latest.log) and the content of the mission_variables from your savedgame.

OXP config requires the Cabal Common Library which you do not have installed.

Thanks for posting, parazaine.

OXPConfig1.0.8 is a very old version and won't run in Oolitev1.75.x. A lot of things have changed inbetween. Luckily OXPConfig2.0.4 is there which (as Cmd.Cheyd has already said will need Cabal_Common_Library). You can get the new versions via [wiki]Cabal_Common_Library[/wiki] and [wiki]OXPConfig[/wiki] or just follow the link in the signature.

By seeing the logfile - quite a few other OXPs have newer versions available.

And you can safely remove the doublets (one OXP copied into another one). Just leave one of them.

It won't harm anything if they are there, but eats unnecessary time.

And if I recall it right Cataclysm doesn't work yet in v1.75.x. Commander McLane is already working on a new version, so just take it out for the moment.
