Frame gave me permission to update his FuelCollector.oxp. :D

So, by popular demand, I'm making available version 0.07. This has been made Oolite 1.75-compliant, and works also on 1.74. It mainly contains changes that became necessary due to changed JS syntax, but I also made some orthographical corrections to the various messages it gives to the player.

While testing it a little more attentively I also discovered that part of the code is broken (and was broken also in previous versions). For instance, while you get "Fuel Collector activated" messages on your console when you leave the vicinity of a planet, have you have ever got a "Fuel Collector deactivated" message in the opposite case? Me neither.

I'm going to look a little deeper into that later and perhaps release an overhauled version 0.08 some time in the future. But for now many of you will be happy to know that their Fuel Collector is working again. :D

Take an idea from one person and twist or modify it in a different way as a return suggestion so another person can see a part of it that can apply to the oxp they are working on.
