Hehe sorry about the title, it's a little misleading, it's not really what you think it's about.

What I'm wondering is, does anyone have some sort of ship size comparison chart thingamajig that compares the original Elite ships with the ships of the Frontier/FFE games, or at least has some statistics on the dimensions of the Frontier/FFE ships, as doing them from memory is starting to get a little wacky.
I've searched the internet many times for this, and only results I come across are very vague OR contradictory OR dispute that even Braben wouldn't know the answer OR etc.

Any help would be appreciated, but I wouldn't be surprised if the only acceptable answer is along the lines of reverse engineering/ hacking Brabens code.

the only ship size i know of is on the wiki but it doesn't involve FFE - a d/l of the FFE manual would give you the sizes of those ships to compare against tho

The manual doesn't have dimensions, but it does have hull mass and cargo capacity, so I could figure it to an approximate size, but it wouldn't be too accurate, as some of those numbers are just silly.

Given that dimensions are not in the FFE manual, I suspect Braben knew what he was doing...
