[EDIT] Seems to be only the core game AIs, looks like I misunderstood . . .

The files are saved as <AIname>.dot inside the Logs folder. To view them, you must have Graphviz or use an online viewer like http://graphviz-dev.appspot.com/ where you can copy/paste the contents of the dot files and have the graphs generated online.

I have graphviz, and can see the dotfiles, but there are none of my AIs there.

Spawn your ship via JS Console or script and your AI's dot file will be generated.
