Crap, those logs came from an Oolite folder in my usr/lib folder. Ok, how do I make only the Oolite in my main Home folder the ONLY Oolite on my system, and can it be done without losing everything I've done with the game so far? If not, I understand. My stupid mistake.

Those logs also indicate that the copy of Oolite you're running - there's nothing in the AddOns folder (in either case).
How did you install Oolite (using the autopackage?) - from memory if you install Oolite using the autopackage and give it your password it installs it in the /usr directory and if you don't it installs it locally just for the user. This could be why you're not seeing any oxps, because Oolite's not running from where you expect it to be running.
Don't worry about losing your save file - that can be moved from player/version even OS (I used to use the same pilot on a memory stick and move between Windows and Linux installs).
There's a way of consolidating where Oolite runs - let me try and remember or one of the Linux guru's may be along in a minute...

Dang, I installed it 5 weeks ago, when I was young and foolish, and didn't understand the usr properties properly. Actually, I still don't understand usr properties as I should, but I do know now that I shouldn't have it in my usr folder if I want it to reflect in my Home folders. Dang it, I should have checked this out a long time ago. It's not a problem - in the /usr folder means all users on your machine have access to Oolite.
There should also be an AddOns folder under the /usr/... directory - is there? If there isn't you could make one and put all the OXPs there - Oolite should find them there.

Just kidding you. We all have our little snags on the board and that's why we help each other out. At least KW has his confidence back as he knows it's not the fault of his incredible ships.

Take an idea from one person and twist or modify it in a different way as a return suggestion so another person can see a part of it that can apply to the oxp they are working on.

I suspect not, as this installs in the /opt folder and not /usr as you appear to have it.
It might be worth making a back-up of your .oolite-saves files and then uninstalling and reinstalling using this method (if this isn't how you installed it already)

@ mandoman: like DaddyHoggy already said, as a matter of fact both logs show that you have no OXPs installed, neither the Werewolf nor any other. Which of course explains why you can't find the ship.
Unfortunately I don't know anything about Linux and how to install Oolite there. My best advice is that you completely remove your current Oolite installation(s) and start from scratch. While you're at it, you should install Oolite 1.75.2, because that's the most recent version. Your log shows that you still have installed 1.75.1.
The instructions for installing Oolite Linux can be found in the Linux forum of the boards. I guess DaddyHoggy's link will be a good starting point. Let us know when you've sorted your installation out.

Thanks for helping me figure this out, or should I say, figuring it out for me. You know, for not having any oxps, I was sure having a lot of fun. Guess the game itself can stand alone. However, if the game is THAT good alone, now I'm dying to see what it's like with the oxps.

OooooK, enthusiasm squashed. Everything was looking really great......until I tried to fly out of the Space Station. I no sooner cleared the dock, with a note from Onrira Control, and the whole thing froze up. I mean REALLY FROZE UP.......THE WHOLE COMPUTER FROZE. I had to force quit the computer, because it would not respond to any commands. I booted it back up, and restarted Oolite 1.75.2, and the whole nasty experience repeated itself. I'm not totally sure I'm sold on this newer version. I have a Dell Inspiron, with a 320 gb HDD, 3gbs of RAM, and a 2.3ghz dual core processor, 64 bit. I installed the version of Oolite 1.75.2 made for a 64 bit system. Maybe I should try the 32 bit version?

Sorry for the new problem! What does latest.log say? Can you post it again. (When something goes wrong it's always a good idea to look into the log. It may contain some information.)

phew, least my OXPs seem to be off the hook
i've never had two versions of the game as in 32 & 64bit, but i've had a release and a trunk both on my C drives at the same time and i've never had problems w/ one picking up the wrong AddOns or such like.
