Hi. I'm new to game, and I've tried searching the forums and wiki for help here but I'm not hitting the right keywords in my searches - please forgive my ignorance.
I'm running:
Oolite 1.75.1 in c:\Games\oolite.app
OXP files in c:\Games\oolite.app\AddOns
OS = Vista Home Premium 32 (yuck)
Problem(s):
I've downloaded some OXP's and installed them, insuring that the *.OXP folder is a direct subfolder of my AddOns directory e.g: C:\Games\oolite.app\AddOns\Fuel Tank v2.2.oxp
Somehow, I can't get anything other than Oolite 1.75.1 vanilla to work. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum Smythers00,
Try starting Oolite with SHIFT Key pressed after adding an OXP to AddOns folder.

Re: Can't get OXPs to work in game
Thanks
Tried the <shift> key and it worked for another problem I had - couldn't load any saved games. But I'm still not seeing any OXPs being loaded.
I'm trying to get OXPConfig to work. From the wiki, I can see that it's compatible with 1.75.1 I've followed the directions on the OXPConfig wiki page and so far it's no-go. I've even tried holding down <shift> while accessing the Game Options menu.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
P.S> I probably should also mention that I'm loading the game with Administrator level permission, in case that makes a difference.

Is there any chance you may be playing in strict mode. Press F2 for options and if you see Reset to Unrestricted Mode, that means you are playing in strict mode. Select this option and press enter.
Strict mode does not allow any OXP's.

I double checked, and I'm currently set to Unrestricted Play.
<edit> Still not seeing any OXPs in my game </edit>
Is there any way to check if the OXPs are loaded/enabled in-game?

I just realized your AddOns folder is in the wrong place. AddOns must be in the same folder with oolite.app
