Scooping Escape Capsules

Maybe it's been suggested before, but here goes..
How about if you have room for a passenger and you scoop an
escape capsule, they become you passenger. You would then get
rewarded for bringing them to justice if they were fugitives or for
rescueing them if they were clean.

..of course by the time they are able to talk and tell anyone you
were the one who shot them you have left the system.. with the
reward.


Also: it would make sense that escape capsules have radio waves
on the radar.

Expanding the handling of escape pods and their occupants has been on my todo list for a little while. It will happen.
