Nothing on SFS but a quick google turned up at least two other forum profiles by this name, here and here, which are confirmed spammers (the first has an email address with 100 hits on SFS, and the second has a very dubious link).

Perhaps it's a bot which is only spamming as a leisure activity in its free time, when not listing cache memories? Oh, and it's in love with a processor, too.
