British Summer time

Post by Fatleaf »

Don't forget the clocks go forward 1 hour tonight at 02:00. This is probably a bit late for this post. :?

As I said earlier on irc... bah humbug!
I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

Thanks for that! I won't end up missing an hour of the Australian Grand Prix now! Most useful!

My temporary replacement laptop (the XPS M1730 went phut - Dell are being useless despite the premier warranty afforded XPS customers) just updated while I was writing, I thought I'd fallen asleep and lost an hour!

I wish they'd stop doing this...I don't know what time I woke up and I won't be tired at bedtime. Stupid idea.

And don't forget to change the time preferences here too via the UCP (click here). Just change the yes/no radio button on the Summer Time/DST is in effect: line near the bottom to Yes to automagically add the extra hour onto your current time.
