There are lots of unusual things in the CI. For one thing, they have a triangular 2 dollar coin. And a 3 dollar note. With a picture of a naked chick riding a shark.
While not claiming to have met (or even heard of) a significant portion of the CI population, none of the ones I have met (or heard of) have names even remotely resembling Apapwhatever.
