Read the link to the video to understand what they are doing. But I thought it was brilliant in its simplicity of design. Could prove quite useful.

Cool, but worst.video.evar!

You just sit through a totally uninteresting and pointless timelapse video, and at the end there's barely time left to actually demonstrate its workings properly....

Yeh, I thought that as well. I would hope for a bit of an explanation of the physics behind it but... Alas not to be.

interesting, so diameter not mass defines the frequency range of the cell? Cool. I would be interested to review the physics.
