CAPTCHA is triggered after 3 wrong attempts. (Just tested in Chrome, where I don't have auto-login). Also deleted cookies, and that had no impact.

It’s been there all along (for registration and repeated log-in attempts), but there seems to be some glitch causing it to pop up prematurely – I got it when logging into the admin panel yesterday.Commander McLane wrote:Somebody implemented a CAPTCHA between last night and this morning. Good to see things have carried on as normal in my absence (and the amount of spam has continued to flow seemingly unabated).
