This is probably the first and last time I'm going to be saying this, but I have a feeling that completely removing the ship models (sorry Griff!) and leaving just the background with the short chart overlay would probably make this my favorite selection for the board logo.

And, as a final touch, we can increase the logo size just so that it's not left alone in a corner. I would propose this as the bb logo:



I don't have very sophisticated set of image processing tools, so the top left corner, where the small Oolite logo used to be, has now a copy of the image from the top right overlayed on it. But this is done quick-and-dirty to show what I mean, I am sure Disembodied can do it properly and much better than I did.

Can we try two versions. Oolite logo to the right and to the left, moving the background left on the version with the logo on the right. (Just for comparison and to get on this side of Riedquat). I have a feeling that the logo to the left will come out better though.

There's not really a 'wrong' side. Riedquat is as far left as you can go in Galaxy 1.
The traditional greeting is an 'in joke' as there is only one side of Riedquat.
