I hear most people, and especially males, from Zaquesso are colour blind. Something to do with the atmosphere.
Something to do with the evil juice, more like.

Maps... do you mean the [EliteWiki] Vector Maps... beautiful examples of astrocartography.
It has been brought to my attention that I may be "harping on" about said publications (and the last thing I want to do is become a forum bore). That said they are so very very very useful and I'm rightly proud of what we managed to achieve, from people helping me with code to the endless squinting over charts looking for regions, routes and names.

So I though I would try and work this pride into a non de-script welcome that intrigues new members but doesn't annoy the older guard "Oh dear it's him again harping on about those things AGAIN."

So yeah, I'm trying to be subtle. :D

And I suggest he incorporates this Image into his avatar somehow.

I was going to write something similar, but that's brilliant. Ditto from me.

Thanks for the welcome guys - I take on board your comments about OXP's and that's basically what I've spent my last couple of days doing......currently got this little lot in my Add-Ons folder and will probably install Assassins and Cataclysm at a later date. Random Hits is cool, although not good enough to be accepted for a mission yet, I've made a small fortune smuggling Narcotics from a seedy space bar (less than a credit a ton) to the same system main station (nearly 100 credits a ton) - yee haa...
Yep you're hooked

Did you mean "System Redux" in your list

For eye candy you can add Famous Planets, and for more visual fun definitely Your Ad Here (all of them).

There is a System Demux... an alternative systems OXP.

OXP's currently installed - Oolite 1.75beta.

Dredger 1.2.oxp
Galactic_Navy 5.3.0.oxp
I'm pretty sure those 2 need to be updated.
Dredgers v2.4.5 is here:
http://www.box.net/shared/kh12vlazdi
...seems its page here:
http://wiki.alioth.net/index.php/Deep_Space_Dredger
...hasn't been updated yet.

I guess Galactic Navy v5.3.0 is the latest official according to this:
http://wiki.alioth.net/index.php/Galactic_Navy_OXP
...although I have seen and gotten v5.4.0 beta somehow. :?
I think it'll be updated again soon to correct for minor problems it still has in Oolite v1.7.5.

In case you missed it, my mod discussion is here:

I used to run System Redux most of the time, and switch to DH-Systems occasionly, but SR does not work in 1.75, so I now use Oolites own planets (if I wasn't grounded, I would anyway). DH-Systems should work with 1.75 if you up the 'requires' level.
