Not always seeing Griff's ships

I've been noticing this for a while, so I have removed nearly all of my OXPs and was flying around. I saw a group of 6 Cobra Mk1s and an Anaconda. The Anaconda was definitely using the standard model, looking nowhere near as nice as Griff's ship.

Is this normal that sometimes this happens?

This is an extract from my log, and I think there is nothing there that will conflict with the Anaconda model. There are a few other ships that have been added, but I don't think any would overwrite any of the Anaconda's settings.

It is very likely caused by UPS. That oxp links to the standard Anaconda but gives it alternative scripting that allows the ship to dock at other stations than the main one. The script looks for stations that have the "has_npc_traffic" flag set. In the past it was not so noticeable with mostly the standard models around.
Since Oolite 1.74 it has become easier to change ships on-the-fly. I probably should change this into a random selected ship instead of a like_ship reference.

I can post the whole log if needed, but there were no errors.

I will try the UPS thing, as it is most notably Anaconda's with the issue and then report back tomorrow after flying around for a bit :)

Have disabled the UPS OXP and flown again. Saw a Boa escorted by 3 sidewinders and a Tiger. The Boa seemed to be using a none Griff model.

Yes, I am aware of the Automatic Chaff system issue. I will need to add that back :o

Hmm, I had already added it back and those errors were present. My ACS is no longer on my ship either. Most strange.

Looks like an incorrectly defined variable inside the script.

I wonder if its because I have previously had the system installed. The next high tech planet I get to I will add the equipment to see if the error goes away.

Still got the dodgy Boa flying around though :( I suppose this stuff is bound to happen when people keep making OXPs all the time ;)
