I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

Can you give a run down on what the add-on does?
Is this worth the 50k creds?

At the top right of the post that you wish to link to, just to the left of the word ‘Posted’, is a page icon. Right click that, and 'Copy Link Location', then paste that url into your post as a link. Edit your post and try it.

What for?Screen shots?
Screen shots?
Re: [RELEASE] LongRangeScanner
To get the OXP working I had to create a world-scripts.plist and move the Script.js into the appropriate Scripts folder.

Re: [RELEASE] LongRangeScanner
Sorry I should explain. When we create something earth shatteringly wonderful like this a screen shot of our own particular poetic bit of code in motion is always useful to:Okti wrote:What for?Screen shots?

A) Big up the man or woman who made it happen.
B) So the punters can get a good eye full of how smart you are.
C) Give people an idea of what to expect when they slip your oxp into their game.
Never miss an opportunity to show the wider world how clever you are! If you don't blow your own trumpet, no one is going to blow it fore you!

Re: [RELEASE] LongRangeScanner
This is because it is called "Script.js", not "script.js". I simply renamed the file and it works fine. (I'm running Ubuntu, hence the case sensitivity.)gizmo wrote:To get the OXP working I had to create a world-scripts.plist and move the Script.js into the appropriate Scripts folder.
'Tis... interesting. Not what I expected. Certainly a way to access information in-flight if you don't have Debug.oxp installed. And it doesn't give away too much information about the other ships either.
