Thanks Fatleaf - please include the suspect's name - multiple deletes means sometimes innocent new members get the profile ID of a previous spammer... (I think I've got them all this morning...)

Ugh! That must be like waking up one morning and realising you are the re-incarnation of Stalin. I wonder if I was a spammer in a previous life....I wonder if you were. :) Poacher turned Gamekeeper.

On a general note, please don’t respond to spambots. We don’t like to delete real users’ posts.

**** NUKED **** (IP address has three different user names registered to it today - sometimes you just have to wait a few hours while they go off for a bit and spam some other sites...) **DH**

I'm highly dubious of

Twilicuct: https://bb.oolite.space/memberlist.php?m ... ile&u=4135

The randomness of the name, the total lack of any hits on Google ... maybe EV or DH can check the IP address?

I'm also highly dubious... you should see the e-mail address, but it's clean, as is the IP... wait and see, maybe.
Having said that, DH will probably nuke it from orbit... it's the only way to be sure.

Hum ... the email isn't something like [email protected], is it? Or even worse, [email protected]? There's a trend for some spambots to try to disguise presumably blacklisted email addresses that way ...

No... not like either of those, more like gobbledegook!
