Yeah... that seems to be the way of it. I just tried to post a large image... rejected.

Oh well, I guess that's the end of those panoramic screenshots we all loved clogging the board up with.
Strangely it seems to be able to cope with pre-existing ones though...I just had a look at the old screenshots thread and they are all appearing.
640px does seem a bit mean, doesn't it. I tried to limit mine to 1000px before as that seemed big enough. Does anyone know if this is adjustable. Even a change up to max 750px would be worthwhile.

It might be a setting Giles may be able to adjust - I've promised to leave my admin rights to nuking spambots, so I've not even opened the admin panel up...

I do know what you mean, some were sooooo big they left me with half the picture off-screen, and that's on a 19" widescreen monitor. Having said that I do think 640px is a wee bit on the small side.

Nice to know it's flexible. Could I suggest a max width of around 750 - 900px, as this should allow the side bar and an image to fit on most monitors without any horizontal scroll bars.

I don’t post many pics, and I dislike horizontal scrolling, so 800x600 sounds fine to me.
