Fun fact: Michael O'Leary bought a taxi license for his Rolls Royce (or whatever he is driving), which allows him to circumvent the Dublin traffic jams by using the bus lines.

He therefore has to take fare paying passengers (at the rate agreed by the Dublin Council) - if you see him - flag him down - and if he fails to stop - report him and he'll have his license revoked.
