A new C64?

Post by Cody »

I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
And any survivors, their debts I will certainly pay. There's always a way!

Lovely. I've still got my original (1983) breadbin C64. To own a PC that looked like one would be quite amusing (providing the BIOS looks exactly like original BASIC screen - just for old times sake!)

Unfortunately it doesn't exactly look like a C64:

Maybe you could start a Kickstarter Campaign to found your £4500 pledge. 8)
Thanks to Gimi, I got an eBook in my inbox tonight (31st May 2014 - Release of Elite Reclamation)!

What! What's the point of that? That's just a pig-ugly laptop without a screen!

I think this photo is of their Pheonix model, it's not the new PC64. There don't seem to be any pics of this yet.
Have a look at their Website

Reminds me of when someone 'bought' the Acorn name and promptly started selling (not very good) Laptops. Completely misses the point IMHO.
