Missing space in optional equipment

There is a SPACE missing in front of "Extra Passenger Berth".

Also: the passenger berth is the only item which gets the word "Extra" in front of it, which for some reason also kills the leading "Plus", if the passenger berth is the first item on the list. Is there a reason for this?

Yes, the reason is: it is a bug. Fixed in r3492.
