Finally got a bit of work! In the sixteen months since I got made redundant (due to the recession), I've had exactly 10 hours of temporary work.

Now got another temp job, only on a week by week basis, but anythings better than social security! But it means less time in here, and less all night sessions on the wiki etc lol. But we have ADCK for that now!

Talk about coincididence, not only did you bring me up, but I also have been out of work for about 16 months since I was made 'redundant' due to the recession, and have also had about 10 hours of temp work since then... You're not me from a parallel universe are you? Hehe.

In my past, often all it needed was "getting a foot inside" (German expression) and I ended up with a regular work.

For me too in the past. Problem with this job is the journey. On public transport its two hours there and two hours back. Not what I want to do permanently!
