Elite lookalike going to xbox 360
well, i havnt been here in a while, but i found this, its called "dark star one: broken alliance" and everything i have seen points towards it being an almost carbon copy of Elite, worth checking out

It's a follow-on from 'Dark Star One'... which is nothing like Elite, I'm afraid. Very pretty with slick graphics, but a daft story line, tiny universe and those ghastly video cuts. The best thing about it is the ship itself, 'Dark Star'... a mean looking warbird.
I was through DS1 in less than a month... the usual problem... once the central mission is done, you might as well throw the game away.

I would advise stilts for the quagmires, and camels for the snowy hills
