Another one of my heroes is no more :(

I have this poster hanging on my wall for over 30 years now:

he's had a good innings like. be hard pressed to find a fantasy artist as influential as him, he virtually redefined the look of sci-fi/fantasy on his own. there's still people who will remain nameless that are making a living today copying his style and pretending it's their own.
