Newbee - love this game. What triggers the standard missions?
Mission order? What triggers them?

It varies. The Constrictor mission you recently did triggers at 256 kills I believe. But other missions depend on where you are, or maybe what equipment you have installed.
Normally we would advise you to check out the missions page on the Wiki, but it's down at the moment (needs a new server).
